We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Subscription delivery

Standard UK delivery is free for most edge+ease subscriptions.

The PM-only subscription has a £5 delivery charge per order.

Any other delivery charge will be clearly shown before checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. If your order is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact support@theedgeandease.com and we'll investigate.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Returns postage

If you're returning an unwanted eligible product, you are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, we agree otherwise, or the law requires us to cover it.

Products covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee do not need to be returned simply because you've opened and used the eligible first two months.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can give you the correct returns address.
