Some edge+ease products are available as subscriptions. This Policy explains how repeat deliveries work and how you can manage or cancel yours.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries at the price and frequency shown before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, your subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.
Your payment method will be charged for each renewal using the payment method securely held by our payment provider.
Shipping
Standard UK delivery is free for most edge+ease subscriptions.
The PM-only subscription has a £5 UK delivery charge per order.
Any applicable delivery charge is shown before checkout.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through your account or subscription-management link, where available. Depending on your plan, you may be able to pause, skip, change your delivery date, update your details or cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Please cancel before your next order has been processed. If an order has already entered fulfilment, we may not be able to stop it and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
