Our story
The founder, and the team behind the system.
Built by someone who needed more than a quick fix.
Why I Built edge+ease
I didn't need more focus on my performance. I needed breathing room to keep up with my life.
For most of my life, I looked like I was coping. I worked in finance, had three boys in four years and lived a fast life with a busy brain. I could always do a lot, but internally I felt chaotic, overwhelmed and hard to switch off.
On the surface, it all held together. But my brain was moving so fast it wouldn't slow down, even at night. People asked me how I did it. Inside, a hundred things going at once and no volume control.
It showed up in the small things. Forgetting my suitcase on the train. Leaving my bag behind. Looking for where I'd parked the car again. The tiny things that quietly cost me while everything that mattered still somehow got done.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD
Later in life, it explained the hidden cost of my days, the rituals, the mental post-it notes, the lifetime of coping mechanisms I'd built just to keep myself on track. It wasn't that something was wrong with me. I had spent years forcing myself through systems that did not fit me.
So I built edge+ease
I stopped trying to force myself into a life that did not fit, and started building around rhythm instead. Building edge+ease became an obsession: the formula, the ingredients, the doses, the timing, the science behind each decision. And most of all, the mission.
I believe performance should be sustainable, not a short boost that leaves you empty. That's why every ingredient, dose and timing decision was built around the full daily cycle, not just a short-term focus hit. The aim was simple: to build around the full rhythm of a real day: the start, the pressure, the evening wind-down, and the need to still feel human when the day is done.
Not a different version of you. Just more room to be who you already are.
