PM drink

Some ingredients need scoop-level space. PM makes room for 3 g glycine, 2.5 g Sunfiber® and 200 mg elemental magnesium without turning the evening formula into a long list of capsules.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to take both PM and AM?

Taking both means using edge+ease as it was designed.

PM and AM contain different ingredients in different formats. They were developed together to form one clear evening-and-morning routine.

Each product has its own directions and can be taken separately. However, taking only one means you are not following the complete system as designed.

How do I take edge+ease?

Start with PM in the evening.

PM: Mix two level 5 g scoops with 150 - 250 ml water. Shake or stir well and drink once daily.

AM: Take two capsules with food the following morning.

Your first welcome pack includes a reusable stainless-steel 5 g scoop. Two level scoops provide the full 10 g PM serving.

Do not exceed the stated daily servings.

Why is PM a drink instead of capsules?

The complete PM serving weighs 10 g.

Using the forms and capsule size selected for edge+ease, the magnesium alone would take around two capsules. Delivering the complete PM formula would require more than ten capsules each evening.

A drink gives these ingredients the space they need without reducing the amounts simply to fit a capsule format.

The format follows the formula, not the other way around.

Does AM contain caffeine? Does PM contain melatonin?

No.

AM is caffeine-free and non-stimulant. It is not designed to create an immediate rush or imitate an energy drink.

PM is melatonin-free. It is not a sleeping tablet, medicine or sedative.

Some individual ingredients have been researched in cognitive, evening or sleep-related settings. That ingredient research does not prove that the finished edge+ease system will produce the same outcomes.

How long does edge+ease take to work?

There is no single timeline that applies to everyone. edge+ease is designed as a consistent daily routine, not an instant stimulant in the morning or a sedative at night. Individual experience varies.

Take PM and AM as directed and look at the pattern across your weeks rather than one isolated serving. The 60-day guarantee gives you a meaningful period to consider what you have personally noticed and whether the routine fits your life.

Are there any potential side effects?

No supplement suits everyone, and individual responses can vary.

PM provides approximately 2.18 g fibre/prebiotics per serving. When fibre intake changes, some people may initially notice wind, bloating, stomach discomfort or a change in bowel habit.

Magnesium may also cause loose stools or stomach discomfort in some people.

AM contains soya. PM contains chamomile and honey powder. Do not use a product if you are allergic to one of its ingredients.

Does edge+ease contain prebiotics or probiotics?

PM contains 2.5 g of Sunfiber® PHGG, providing approximately 2.18 g of soluble fibre per serving.

Sunfiber® has been researched in prebiotic, digestive and gut-microbiota settings. Its manufacturer reports more than 180 published studies, including 120 human clinical trials across the wider Sunfiber® research library.

edge+ease does not contain live probiotic bacterial cultures.

The research relates to Sunfiber® as an individual ingredient. It does not mean that the finished PM formula has been tested in 120 trials or that everyone will experience the same digestive outcome.

Why does edge+ease use Cognizin® instead of standard citicoline?

Because “citicoline” alone does not identify the exact source or specification.

Cognizin® gives us a defined, traceable branded ingredient with established quality controls and published research involving that specific material.

The AM serving provides 250 mg Cognizin®.

We chose it for specification, consistency and evidence quality. This does not mean every generic citicoline is poor, or that the finished edge+ease formula is clinically proven to improve focus or memory.

Why does edge+ease use Affron® instead of standard saffron extract?

Saffron extracts are not all produced to the same specification.

Affron® has a defined standardisation, a traceable branded source and published human ingredient research.

The AM serving provides 28 mg Affron®, standardised to 3.5% Lepticrosalides.

This gives us greater clarity and consistency than simply listing “saffron extract”. The ingredient research does not authorise edge+ease to promise improved mood, reduced stress or sharper focus.

Does edge+ease contain allergens?

AM contains soya, from the phosphatidylserine source. PM has no regulated allergens declared, but does contain chamomile and lemon balm.

If you have a food or botanical allergy, always check the full ingredient list before use.
